** Surcharge rates: For trips with pick-up addresses over 25 miles from our office location in Stockton, CA 95209, for each mile over 25, a surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile applies.
*** Deadhead rates: For one-way trips with the drop-off address over 30 miles from our office location in Stockton, CA 95209, a deadhead rate of $0.50 per mile applies.
